Buying and New Construction

My goal is to help you make the best real estate decisions. When you buy a home or purchase a new construction home, you want the best property for the best price. So, how do you avoid the pitfalls that so many buyers fall into?
The first thing you need to do is sit down with an expert. Together you can plan a buying strategy that fulfills all our needs. What is it that you most want in a home?
An expert can also help you stay within a budget. Often, buyers visit a model home and fall in love with the fully upgraded kitchen not knowing that it will add on an excessive cost.
When you buy a basic home, upgrade cost on average of 10-15 percent more. An expert can help you choose the right upgrades and stay within your budget. We have a buyer’s advantage agreement where we fight for and represent you.

Is Now a Good Time to Buy?

I get asked all the time whether now is a good time to buy
and sell. A lot of people are concerned about the rising prices and the rising
interest rates.
Well, the truth is none of us can predict the future, but we
can look at past trends. Money is cheaper than it has ever been! With interest
rates at 4.3 percent, we are experiencing historical lows.
That means for every $100,000 you borrow, you will pay roughly
$500 a month in a mortgage payment. That’s a $300,000 home for only $1,500 a
month!
Buying is cheaper than renting now. Especially because many
previous homeowners who did short sales aren’t able to get a loan, it’s causing
rental prices to go up.
Take advantage of this market. It truly only comes around
once in a generation. It is the perfect time to build equity and lock in the
lowest rate possible.
